A Bribery Scandal Uncovered! In the Trump Cabinet? Say it isn’t so, please!

Okay, here we go again folks. More news of corruption and scandal emerges out of King Donalds inner circle! It seems that former Interior Secretary David Bernhardt got caught with his grubby mitts in the cookie jar. Another associate flagrantly selling his office to profit Donald and getting slapped hard. A well-deserved Criminal Referral from the Natural Resources committee for the man. Amazing, right?

Dig down with me on this and let’s see what bubbles up from the cesspool. In 2017 there was a dirtbag developer named Michael Ingram. Ingram wanted to build a mammoth development of 28,000 homes in southern Arizona, the Villages at Vigneto. The problem for Mike was that pesky Department of the Interior. You know, where David Bernhardt was serving the public. More like serving his boss, Donald. The Interior Department thought it would be a bad thing for the environment.

Anyways, sustaining 28,000 dwellings across 12,300 acres and the many amenities, like golf courses and stores, etc. takes water. Lots of water. And for the folks who haven’t heard, there is a mega drought out here. Mega drought, meet MAGA grift! A nearby river, the San Pedro, was perfect for greedy Mike Ingram the developer to exploit for M-O-N-E-Y$$. What else did he need to know? To hell with the people, animals and farmers down stream! I am rich! But what to do? After a little thought, the answer was clear: Grease the palm my friend!

Here’s how this dirt baggery goes down:

Sleazy David Bernhardt the official at the Department of the Interior takes an off the books meeting with greedy Mike Ingram seven months after Trump takes office. A private breakfast meeting between them in Billings Montana. No travel records, no calendar notations. Secret, hush-hush. A couple of weeks later a field agent at Fish and Wildlife get a strange call from the Interior Department. The instructions were to override their own decision to deny the project and to approve it instead. HMMM.

Between the Aug. 31st, 2017, call instructing Fish and Wildlife officials to overturn their decision and Oct. 26th when the officials reversed and approved the Clean Water Act permit giving greedy Mike the go ahead, three things happened on Oct. 6th.:

#1: The Army Corps of Engineers saw that a re-evaluation was being conducted on Greedy Mike’s Clean Water Act permit.

#2: $240,600 in campaign donations were made to Trump’s re-election campaign’s “Victory Fund” during an off-year campaign cycle.

#3: Sleazy David Bernhardt has a meeting with the Department of the Interior attorney that made the whole scheme come together.

These three things all occurred on the same day. Coincidence or pay to play? Remember the reason Trump was impeached the first time? Ukraine, say you have dirt on Biden. Whether it’s true or not. Zelensky, if you want your military assistance for Ukraine, make something up about Biden! You better say it Zelensky. Never mind that the Congress had allocated the money for Ukraine! Damn the rule of law!

I am King Donald and I hath spoken! This is the way King Donald rolls! Here me well! Pay to play! He sure knows how to pick ’em, doesn’t he? Hey “Mousy” Merrick Garland, this is too easy…..
